Every order placed on our website is important to us. But in a few cases, we may cancel the order, and there are two scenarios:
1. If you have redirected to our affiliate partner website to purchase, then contact them about the order status.
2. If you have placed an order on our website, then reasons for cancellation of orders will be:
• Product quantities are available for purchase.
• Product is not available in stock.
• Transaction by your bank has not been approved due to fraudulent activities.
Our customer care team will contact you before cancelling an order via phone or email with proper explanation. If an order is cancelled after you have already paid, then the charged amount will be refunded to your bank account.
The unpaid orders are considered to be cancelled. We will communicate three times before the order cancellation.
ORDER CANCELLED BY CUSTOMER
Please contact us via email in case you want to cancel the Order. On receipt of the cancellation notice, we shall cancel your order and reversed back the amount in your Bank Account amount if the order has not been processed. We are unable to cancel orders that have already been processed or shipped out by us. In a few cases, this can happen within 12 hours after you place the order.
• If your payment was made by Credit Card, we will refund amount in the Credit Card. If the payment method was Check / Money order, we would send you a Check/ Money order back if the same has not been deposited. Check/ Money order will be returned to the billing address of the customer.
• Usually, refunds are processed in less than 10 working days. In case of payments made by Check or Money order; it may take more time for the Check to be delivered to your billing address, and for the funds to be credited to your account after you deposit the Check.
• We shall not be responsible for any delays in credit transfer to the Cardholder's credit card account as that is managed by the Cardholder's issuing bank.
